Our Team
Rod A. Dunlap
Rod earned his Bachelor’s of Arts degree from the University of Michigan, and his Juris Doctorate from Michigan State University School of Law. He founded the firm and has successfully litigated thousands of cases for corporate and individual clients. He has been a featured speaker for organizations such as the National Association of Insurance Commissioners, the National Business Institute, and the International Association of Special Investigative Units.
Jason J. Kucmierz
Jason earned his Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Madonna University and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Detroit Mercy. In addition to his experience in private practice, Jason has clerked for the Honorable Michael Batchik, and been the Assistant Prosecutor for various Oakland County municipalities.
